The Omega series of recycling extruders use an integral single shaft shredder that cuts and size reduces the scrap material before exiting into an innovative stepped hydraulic feeder unit to give a consistent feed into the extruder SST screw.

This combination enables the Omega system to reprocess applications such as in-line high speed/high output trim, reelstock, lump, thick, rigid or skeletal waste without the need for prior size reduction.

The Siemens Simatic touch screen HMI control system is standard fitment on all machines in the Omega range and gives the machine the versatility where multiple infeed systems can be reprocessed simultaneously.
