The Integra series of recycling extruders use an integral compacter cutter to cut and densify the scrap material coupled directly to the extruder SST screw.

This combination gives the Integra significantly increased outputs compared to conventional feed methods.

The Siemens Simatic touch screen HMI control system is standard fitment on all machines in the Integra range and gives the machine the versatility where for example trims (continuous or cut), loose pieces/cutouts and reel-stock can be reprocessed simultaneously. For applications such as bales, large pieces or lump, the Integra can be fitted with a Procut single shaft pre-shredder unit.
